There's no good time for your garage door opener to decide it's time to call it quits. Thankfully, I found Trinity Garage Door, and every interaction along the way made the process pleasant and efficient. From the first contact with Amy (scheduling and product selection), to David (the tech) coming out for the replacement, the entire process was a breeze. Everything was done professionally (David knows his stuff - and he tuned the door while he was here), was reasonably priced, and I was back "up" and running in no-time! What more could you ask for?When it comes time to replace the door itself - I've already found my crew.

Fantastic company. I needed work done quickly for a broken spring. Found Trinity by chance. And loved that they were local! They answered the call vs answering service, and showed up early! Same day service.The work was excellent Jason asked for approval before replacing any parts that were not agreed upon initially.I highly recommend this Jason and Trinity.JM

If you ever need a garage door or repair on your garage door... Then this is definitely the place to call. The service is excellent and quick! I'm so happy with my new door! These guys are fantastic. We had three different companies out to fix our door and they only made it worse. Jason came out the day after I called and gave me several very reasonable quotes to replace the opener. No pressure, no upsale tactics. Just honest answers. They were able to come out the same week and do the job. I liked them so much that I’m having our second door done since it so old and they even offered a discount! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. 👍👍👍👍👍

We were in Tampa visiting our son and his garage door needed an immediate repair. Jason quickly assessed the situation and repaired the door in less than 24 hours. He did a fantastic job in a quick and efficient manner. The door looks great, and thanks to Jason works better than before as he noticed the age of the springs and recommended replacing them too. The cost was in line with everything he did. We highly recommend Trinity Garage Door Service! The only one to use in Tampa!

Here, on planet Earth, there's a reason for everything including why this company has a five-star rating:1. A live, knowledgeable person answers their phone during regular business hours.2. They listen to and comprehend what the customer needs, wants and provide an appointment to deliver same.3. They said they'd call prior to the appt and they did.4. They were on time.5. They were on time.6. (Ok, one more): They were on time.7. The job was done correctly/timely/courteously.8. The price was less than the quote! (they'd quoted me for a double door spring replacement; I have a single).9. No upsale---just options mentioned.I'd be remiss to suggest one look anywhere else for superior garage door installation and repair.

Great Customer Service! Answered my call right away, scheduled to come out immediately, but after discussing the issue I was told what was going on and how to fix the problem myself. They didn't feel right coming out and charging me knowing it was such a simple fix! Not many companies out there that would do that!

Honestly I don't know anything about the quality of their service. However I was recently stopped in traffic, and curious as to what was going on when I suddenly realized that a man in one of their service trucks, had stopped to get out and push a wheel chair bound woman across the street. I was completely warmed by his kindness, and I doubt that anyone in that line of cars that saw him minded the slight inconvenience. I wish I would have taken video. #Goodhumanbeing

Amy answered the phone and had David at my home in under 30 minutes. A little over an hour I had 2 new springs, 2 new bearings and all new neoprene rollers. Garage now works as good as new. Pricing seemed fair to me for the extent of repairs needed. Highly recommend.

David was great! Very professional and worked very quickly, he had it back as good as new in about an hour. Cost was very fair and we will definitely be using Trinity for any future garage door needs.

We called them this morning and within three hours the job was complete. They told us when they would be at our home and texted us when they were en route. David showed up on time, did a great job and he and the woman on the phone were both nice and professional throughout the whole process. Definitely 5 star service I'd recommend to others.

Trinity was completely professional in every way. I have complete confidence in their resolution and workmanship. David is excellent!AddendumAmy from the office was completely sympathetic in helping me resolve a situation with David. Unfortunately, my friend David was having a bad day and it escalated. To the point of do I recommend Trinity—absolutely! I’ve used them on numerous occasions and honestly I have no complaints. Also, I harbor no ill will with David, I chalk it up to a bad day!
