Here, on planet Earth, there's a reason for everything including why this company has a five-star rating:1. A live, knowledgeable person answers their phone during regular business hours.2. They listen to and comprehend what the customer needs, wants and provide an appointment to deliver same.3. They said they'd call prior to the appt and they did.4. They were on time.5. They were on time.6. (Ok, one more): They were on time.7. The job was done correctly/timely/courteously.8. The price was less than the quote! (they'd quoted me for a double door spring replacement; I have a single).9. No upsale---just options mentioned.I'd be remiss to suggest one look anywhere else for superior garage door installation and repair.
Great Customer Service! Answered my call right away, scheduled to come out immediately, but after discussing the issue I was told what was going on and how to fix the problem myself. They didn't feel right coming out and charging me knowing it was such a simple fix! Not many companies out there that would do that!
Honestly I don't know anything about the quality of their service. However I was recently stopped in traffic, and curious as to what was going on when I suddenly realized that a man in one of their service trucks, had stopped to get out and push a wheel chair bound woman across the street. I was completely warmed by his kindness, and I doubt that anyone in that line of cars that saw him minded the slight inconvenience. I wish I would have taken video. #Goodhumanbeing
